Our name conveys our intent, we seek to provide individuals with a sense of "Home" when they access our services.

As a private practice, we are here to deliver support that improves the relationship between your mind, body, and spirit. We operate from low-barrier, trauma-informed, and holistic approaches. With trained practitioners from a number of specialities, for all of your wellness needs.

Home Counselling and Wellness opened our doors on January 1, 2021. We are owned by two female entrepreneurs, Catherine Arnold (BSW, RSW) and Tessa Small-McPhee (BScPN, RPN). We have offices located in Brandon, Oak Lake, and Minnedosa Manitoba. We are proud to be 51% Indigenously owned and to be approved providers for Non-Insured Health Benefits and Jordan's Principle coverage.

We offer Reiki, Reflexology, Walking Therapy, Virtual Counselling , Holistic Services, Therapy Dog services, EMDR, Couples and Marriage Counselling, Individual Counselling, Hypnotherapy and AERT, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Social Groups for Children and Youth, Child Development Expert Consults, Therapeutic Play, TheraPlay-Informed sessions for pregnant women, new parents, reunification and attachment, families, and children.
