Tracy is trauma-informed, offers a safe space for healing and growth, and has had specific training in areas such as sandtray, puppets, dance and movement, online therapeutic play. As well as  IFS, Floortime, Grief and Trauma-Informed yoga, Hypnotherapy and AERT.
